The hierarchy at this company treat customers, and it also seems staff in complete contempt. They might be cheap, and you may expect it, but try flying with Jet2 or EasyJet, they're just as cheap but treat you like the paying customer you are, apparently look after their staff much better, and go out their way for you to enjoy your holiday or business trip. I'll never fly with Ryanair again.
